Yes. MCPHub uses Apache 2.0. Cloud pays for hosted operations and core development.
How does Cloud pricing work?＋
You buy credits and pay per call. Free servers such as filesystem and time cost $0. Servers that call paid APIs, such as Brave Search or Perplexity, pass through upstream cost with a visible 10–15% margin.
Can I submit a server to Cloud?＋
The MCPHub team curates the Cloud Catalog and handles quality, ops, and SLA. Request additions on Discord. Use the Registry for self-published servers.
Do I need an account to use the Registry?＋
No. You can browse, search, and install through the CLI without an account. Sign in to submit or star servers.
