v1.1.14

v1.1.14 makes MCPHub easier to govern and steadier in real-world deployments. Administrators can now enforce unified MCP tool access policies through a dedicated editor, provision and manage other users' personal credentials, and brand the dashboard with a custom name. On the reliability side, this release stops a UTF-8 BOM in mcp_settings.json from aborting startup on Windows, keeps bearer key group scopes intact when a group is renamed, eliminates repeated whole-catalog tokenization during status polling on the Servers page, and makes the dashboard language and Chinese community links resolve correctly.
