摘要
v1.1.14 让 MCPHub 更易于治理，在真实部署中也更稳定。管理员现在可以通过专用编辑器统一实施 MCP 工具访问策略、为其他用户预置并管理个人凭据，还能自定义控制台名称。可靠性方面，本版本修复了 mcp_settings.json 带 UTF-8 BOM 时 Windows 启动失败、分组重命名后 Bearer 密钥丢失分组范围、Servers 页面每次状态轮询都重新对整个工具目录分词，以及控制台语言与中文社区链接解析不正确的问题。
